Returns Policy

Effective Date: September 11, 2024

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or full refund. To qualify:

    - Contact us within 30 days of product delivery
    - Provide clear photo evidence of the damage or defect
    - No need to return the item

    We will review your claim and process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Our products are custom-made and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. This includes cases where:

    - You ordered the wrong size or color
    - You changed your mind about the purchase
    - The item doesn't fit as expected

  • Orders can be canceled before they are sent to production. Once an item has entered the production process, cancellation may not be possible.

  • If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding shipping costs.

  • All issues must be reported within 30 days of product delivery for domestic orders, or 45 days for international orders.
