Returns Policy

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a free replacement or full refund. To qualify:

- Contact us within 30 days of product delivery
- Provide clear photo evidence of the damage or defect
- No need to return the item

We will review your claim and process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Defective Returns

Our products are custom-made and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. This includes cases where:

- You ordered the wrong size or color
- You changed your mind about the purchase
- The item doesn't fit as expected

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are sent to production. Once an item has entered the production process, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping Issues

If an order is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding shipping costs.

Time Limit

All issues must be reported within 30 days of product delivery for domestic orders, or 45 days for international orders.
